Shipping Coverage Area
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your purchase. This email confirms that your order has entered our system and is being prepared for fulfillment. If any additional information is needed to process your order, our team will reach out promptly.
Order Processing Time
Orders typically require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. This includes order verification, quality checks, and preparation for carrier pickup. For out-of-stock or custom items, processing times may vary. In these cases, we will contact you directly with updated timelines before your order ships.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our facility or supplier warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear, depending on the carrier. For freight shipments, tracking details may be provided in a separate communication with delivery coordination information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Combined with processing time, typical total delivery time ranges from 7–12 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on product size, carrier availability, destination, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted domestic carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and professional freight carriers. Large or heavy chandeliers are shipped via freight to ensure safe handling and secure transport. All shipments are professionally packaged and insured.
Delays & Exceptions
While we work hard to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or logistical constraints.
